Dan qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2007 from Cambridge University.  After working as a small animal vet around the country for several years, he settled back in Greater Manchester, where he has worked (literally day and night) as both the director of a day clinic and an emergency night vet in a busy pet hospital.  Dan is passionate about pet care, communication and the bond between pets and their humans.

Jo has spent the last 25 years organising and looking after business people in a wide variety of sectors.  She has worked in health and safety, the pharmaceutical, scientific and telecoms industries, and worked as an event coordinator and fundraiser in the charity sector. Jo currently works in legal services and is a Governor of a local primary school.

Introducing the star of the show, biscuit stealer extraordinaire, Head of Security, Head of Employee Relations and chief demonstrator.  Dougal is a rather dashing Border Terrier who likes nothing more than covering people with dog hair, barking at invisible threats, cuddles and food.  He can usually be found asleep, on something warm and comfy, just not his bed as one of the cats stole that.
